The Projects
What used to be £500k–£1m schemes are now consistently £3m–£6m Super Prime residential projects across:
- Heavy refurbishments of single dwellings
- Full strip‑outs & rebuilds
- High end fit outs and extensions
All delivered for UHNW clients – where detail and accuracy at tender stage really matter.
The Role
- Preparing detailed cost estimates for high end residential projects
- Breaking down bespoke packages and specialist trades
- Engaging with subcontractors and supply chain to build accurate tenders
- Working closely with the commercial and delivery teams
- Supporting the business in winning and securing high-value projects
This isn’t box‑ticking estimating – you’ll need to properly understand the build.
What You’ll Need
- Experience within Prime / high end residential construction
- Background as an Estimator or Assistant Estimator
- Strong understanding of how high-spec projects are put together
- Good subcontractor knowledge and market awareness
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach
You don’t need 10+ years experience but you do need to know this market.
