Southend-on-Sea City Council seeks an experienced Service Manager to lead our Development Management and Planning Enforcement functions. You will provide strategic direction, drive high-quality decisions, and oversee appeals, enforcement, and delegated decisions.
You will manage budgets, coordinate consultants, and work with councillors and communities to support growth and regeneration across the area. RTPI membership or equivalent is required.
