Administrator – Exeter – Immediate start – 6 weeks – 35 hours a week

Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with a high‑profile organisation to recruit an Administrator to join their team.

The Opportunity

The role is extremely varied and involves working Monday through Friday for 35 hours per week.

What the Administrator will be doing

  • Providing administration and business support to colleagues within the organisation.
  • Managing diaries, travel, accommodation, meetings and correspondence for regional staff.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for enquiries or visitors.
  • Processing income, expenditure and supplier/purchaser transactions including purchase orders, invoices and member expense claims in accordance with policies.

What the successful Administrator will bring to the team

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Knowledge of travel booking systems.
  • Capability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ideally a background in health care or public sector.
