Hybrid Part-Time BDM for Construction & Fit-Out

Municipal Group is seeking a part-time Business Development Manager to join our York team with hybrid flexibility. You will identify and qualify new opportunities across fit-out, construction, and maintenance, building a strong pipeline and driving revenue growth.

You will research markets, deliver client presentations, develop bids, and collaborate with estimating and project teams. Travel to client sites and meetings is required, with regular CRM updates and reporting to leadership.
