Quantity Surveyor – Public Sector, Hybrid & APC-Ready

North Lanarkshire Council is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join the Contract Strategy team. The role covers cost estimating, contract documents, site measurements, payments and contract administration across the Council’s 37,000 properties and corporate portfolio.

You will operate in a hybrid working environment with site/offices attendance as required, and you should be MRICS and APC-complete, with extensive experience in design and construction and public sector procurement.
