Client Solutions Partner (BD) – Care Recruitment Growth

Randstad Care is seeking a Client Solutions Partner (BDM) on a 12-month contract to drive growth across the care client base and strengthen partnerships. You’ll actively pursue new business and own selected client relationships to push the business forward.

You will lead new business meetings with target clients, conduct review meetings with existing clients, monitor competitors, and provide data-driven insights to build stronger relationships.
