Key Requirements
Confident, experienced and hands‑on within all areas of Front of House operations.
Able to lead by example and deliver excellent customer service.
Fully competent in taking orders using the tablet system.
Willing to run food, support service and undertake all FOH tasks as required.
Available to work weekends, and to cover when the Manager is off.
This role requires someone who is proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership during busy services. It also requires proven experience in Front of House operations and team leadership.
