Box Office Operations Lead – Sales & Customer Experience

Bradford Theatres is seeking a permanent Deputy Box Office Manager to lead the Box Office sales team and support senior management in delivering a high-quality customer experience across online, phone, counter and agency channels.

You will oversee Spektrix usage, drive efficiencies, and work flexibly including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by shift patterns across our venues in Bradford.
