Contract Manager – Social Housing Kitchen & Bath Projects

The Construction Index Ltd is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee a busy programme of kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects across North Yorkshire.

In this regional role you will lead site teams, manage client relationships with housing associations and local authorities, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Travel between sites is required as part of the role.
