Wealth Management Academy Program Lead

BARCLAYS Wealth Management seeks an Academy Coordinator to manage the end-to-end coordination of Academy hiring programmes and build a sustainable internal talent pipeline aligned to business demand and capacity.

You will coordinate intakes, partner with Academy and training teams, and produce MI to support governance and decision-making.

The role emphasises readiness, risk, governance and continuous improvement to Academy processes and candidate experience, with Birmingham as the intended base.
