Senior Operations Lead – Social Housing Maintenance

Wates Smartspace is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead delivery of a social housing responsive maintenance contract in Walton-on-Thames. The role focuses on ownership of operational delivery, safety, efficiency and high standards of service across a fast-paced environment.

You will lead multiple teams, manage performance against KPIs and collaborate with clients and stakeholders to continuously improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
