About the Role
You will manage a portfolio of 24 schools – a mix of primary schools, secondary schools and colleges – across the North West. The role, 52 weeks, Monday to Friday, requires you to lead and motivate operational teams, build strong client relationships, and deliver on key performance indicators such as Health & Safety, Retention, Quality and Finance.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and develop school operational teams. • Drive commercial performance and maintain financial targets. • Ensure health and safety compliance across all sites. • Foster a culture of excellence through regular KPI review and improvement initiatives. • Support staff when necessary, demonstrating a hands‑on leadership approach.
Qualifications
- Previous catering and operational management experience is essential.
- Recent background within the education sector in a similar capacity.
- Successful applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure.
- Strong understanding of financials.
- A passion for food and the hospitality industry.
- The ability to manage a diverse portfolio within Caterlink.
