People-Focused Operations Leader for Service Delivery

Citizens Advice Sandwell & Walsall is seeking an experienced people manager to lead a committed team across Sandwell and Walsall. You will motivate and develop staff, produce reports, run meetings and ensure high standards of service delivery in line with funders’ KPIs.
