Owens Group is seeking a proactive Transport Manager to lead the Droitwich depot, delivering safe, compliant operations and reliable service.

You will manage day-to-day transport activities, optimise planning, and drive continuous improvement across people, processes, and performance in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You’ll work with planning, payroll, HR and accounts, ensure driver hours, and maintain a strong health and safety culture while directing budget and cost controls.
