Learning Hub Operations Lead (Flexible Hours)

Essex County Council is seeking a Learning Hub Lead to manage ACL Learning Hubs, outreach venues and cafes across Essex. You will ensure safe, inclusive, high-quality learning environments and deliver a positive learner journey aligned with Ofsted EIF and ECC standards.

The role requires a driving licence or mobility, leadership of premises teams, collaboration with curriculum and digital teams, and flexible hours across countywide sites.
