SEMH Learning Support Assistant – 1:1 Support (Team Teach)

Trades Workforce Solutions is recruiting a SEMH Learning Support Assistant for a supportive secondary school in Barking. You will provide 1:1 support for a student with SEMH needs, helping them access learning, regulate emotions, and build positive relationships throughout the day.

The role is full-time, term-time only, with ongoing training and opportunities to work with qualified SEN professionals, Specialist Teachers, and Educational Psychologists to implement behaviour support strategies.
