Maintenance Plumber: PPM & Reactive Building Services

PRS LTD is seeking a skilled Maintenance Plumber to join our facilities team. The role covers general building services maintenance, including planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive work, to keep sites safe, reliable and compliant.

You will carry out plumbing maintenance and repairs, replace filters and perform minor mechanical works, support legionella monitoring and complete scheduled PPM tasks, while maintaining accurate records.
