By 2030 we aim to be one of the world’s leading advisory firms with a truly global footprint.
Our Corporate Simplification team specialises in Members’ Voluntary Liquidations (MVLs) and has helped to successfully prepare for and implement the elimination of thousands of entities, both on a standalone basis and working alongside tax, legal and accounting specialists as part of broader group reorganisation/Legal Entity Rationalisation (LER) projects.
