Hybrid Food Category Manager – Data-Driven Trading

Co-op in Manchester City Centre is seeking a Commercial Category Manager to shape trading decisions, develop ranges and propositions, and drive category performance in a fast moving retail environment.

You’ll work in a hybrid model, spending time in stores and with internal teams, using data to inform recommendations on range, pricing and promotions, and to support forecasting and budgeting with a clear commercial rationale.
