Hotel Duty Manager – F&B & Front Office, Path to HoD

Malmaison is seeking a hands-on Duty Manager to support the smooth operation of our bustling hotel across Food & Beverage and Front Office. You will work closely with breakfast teams, manage busy checkouts, and partner with Housekeeping to ensure rooms are up to standard.

Ideal candidates will have guest relations experience and a drive to progress from Junior HoD to a Senior HoD role. We offer training and a range of rewards as part of Frasers Hospitality.
