Cleaning Manager: Lead & Develop a High-Impact Team

OCS is recruiting a Cleaning Manager in the United Kingdom to oversee all cleaning and associated duties, ensuring high standards across floors, communal areas, stairwells and washrooms. You will supervise and motivate the cleaning team.

You will manage staff rotas, holidays, site audits and recruitment, identify training needs, handle on-site investigations when required, monitor products and stock, and keep within site budgets.
