Responsibilities
- Manage work winning transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide management information and controls needed to run and report on work winning performance
- Lead on major change initiatives to work winning process, tools, and organisation
- Link to business development and key account management
- Ensure CRM use evolves and harvest, record, and make useful case studies and evidence
- Monitor and coach adherence to and evolution of work winning processes
- Collect, promote and communicate best practices
- Lead on management information, owning the ‘check’ stage of the work winning plan-do-check-act cycle
Requirements
- Degree level qualified or equivalent in a construction/project management related discipline
- Project management
- Change management
- Requirements capture and process mapping
- Digital mindset and experience
- Strong communication and numeracy
- Self-driven activity setting and proactive oversight and problem solving
- Business analysis
- Reporting software proficiency (PowerBI/MS Fabric)
- Experience in lean/six sigma, process review & efficiencies
- Construction/Project Management operational background or understanding/ experience
