Praxis Capital Limited is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to lead a portfolio of private Business Space assets in London. The role offers on-site work with one day WFH after probation and travel across the UK.

You will drive opportunities to enhance cash flow and asset value, delivering end-to-end asset management with in-house Property and Facilities Management support. Reporting, pitches to stakeholders, and proactive optimization will be core.
