Enterprise Solutions Architect — Churn Prevention

Tungsten Automation is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise customers and bridge complex technical solutions with business outcomes. You will act as a technical architect, enable adoption, and prevent churn by maximizing platform value within each client’s ecosystem.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with the SVP of Professional Services, lead health checks and architectural optimizations, and communicate compelling technical narratives for executive reviews.
