The Role

Are you a visionary hospitality leader ready to orchestrate the premium guest experience for the world’s most innovative racing series? We are looking for a Senior Premium Experience Manager to join the Formula E team. Operating at the intersection of commercial strategy and hands‑on event operations, you will lead the end‑to‑end strategy, innovative development and flawless execution of our global racing calendar. You will balance large‑scale financial management with high‑stakes on‑site logistics, ensuring that while the action unfolds on the track, our VIP guests receive a distinctive, safe and seamless best‑in‑class experience that drives revenue and upholds the brand’s global prestige.

Responsibilities

  • Product Innovation & Strategic Vision: Drive the overarching concept strategy and creative asset creation for global premium products. Monitor global market trends and competing luxury products to keep Formula E at the forefront of sports hospitality innovation and brand communication.
  • Operational Excellence & On‑Site Command: Travel internationally to oversee flawless, safe and compliant logistical execution of international pop‑up event sites and high‑end venues. Coordinate high‑end catering, technology implementation, guest access routes, and act as the on‑site escalation point for crisis management.
  • Financial Mastery & Vendor Synergy: Maintain full ownership of substantial race budgets, track financial milestones and drive commercial revenue and ROI targets. Negotiate high‑value, multi‑event or multi‑year contracts and handle day‑to‑day administration of PO tracking and operational documentation.
  • Leadership & Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Manage, develop and inspire a dedicated team of direct reports and event support staff. Build relationships, establish structured project management workflows across departments and maintain clear, highly targeted communication with senior stakeholders and corporate clients.

Qualifications

  • The Luxury Curator: Proven track record of developing and delivering large‑scale, world‑class international hospitality experiences within sports, music or premium entertainment. Sharp commercial acumen and ability to turn innovative event concepts into revenue‑generating, high‑ROI products.
  • The Logistics Mastermind: Extensive experience managing complex on‑site logistics for international pop‑up event structures or major global venues. Advanced project management capabilities, budget tracking, procurement and contract management.
  • The Confident Leader: Natural relationship‑builder and team leader with a history of managing core teams and navigating high‑value supplier relationships. Fluent English communication skills, able to interface across all professional levels.
  • The Resilient Problem‑Solver: Organised, proactive and solution‑focused mindset with an exceptional eye for detail. Remains calm under pressure and empowered to make split‑second decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
  • The Global Ambassador: Highly adaptable, self‑motivated and willing to travel frequently to international race locations. Thrives in collaborative, cross‑departmental environments and passionate about elevating world‑class delivery standards.

What’s in it for you?

  • 25 days’ annual leave, Birthday day off and Wellbeing leave
  • Opportunity to extend your stay if travelling for a race event
  • Health Cash Plan and access to the Aviva Digital Workplace app
  • Enhanced Parental Leave
  • Flexible Bank Holidays
  • Paid volunteer and carer’s leave
  • Cycle to Work and Electric Car Scheme
  • Formula E store discount
  • Regular social events and employee working groups

This is a hybrid role and you will be required to work 3 days a week in our Hammersmith London office.
