This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you will solve complex technical issues and build strong relationships with clients.What you’ll be doingDeliver 2nd and 3rd line application support within a structured support teamInvestigate and resolve incidents using Jira and other diagnostic toolsAnalyse logs, SQL data, and system behaviour to identify root causesCollaborate with development, product, and third-party teams to resolve issuesReplicate defects and support bug identification and resolutionCommunicate clearly with customers, providing regular updatesTake ownership of customer issues and ensure delivery within agreed SLAsSupport both hosted and on-premise environments What we’re looking forStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with SQL Server and writing SQL or T-SQL queriesBackground in 2nd line application or software supportKnowledge of Microsoft Windows Server environmentsAbility to manage and prioritise workloads effectivelyStrong communication skills, written and verbalA collaborative mindset, with the confidence to work independently Desirable experience3rd line support exposureJira or Confluence experienceExperience supporting external customers remotelyKnowledge of social care or education systems Why join usYou will be part of a supportive, inclusive team that values ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
