Requirements
We are looking for a highly analytical, commercially minded individual with an outstanding academic background and experience within financial services.
We need experience as a Chief of Staff, Business Analyst or Project Manager in a financial services or FinTech environment.
We require strong leadership and project management capabilities, with the ability to drive initiatives from concept through execution.
We need advanced problem‑solving, analytical and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
We require experience with data analytics, visualisation and AI tools to support reporting, analysis and process improvement.
We need excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
We are looking for someone who is degree educated, minimum 2.1 from a top‑tier university.
Responsibilities
We act as a trusted partner to our technology leadership team.
We coordinate strategic initiatives and improve cross‑functional collaboration.
We help ensure critical programmes are delivered successfully.
We collaborate with Trading, Risk, Treasury and Operations teams.
We analyse business challenges and identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
We translate complex requirements into practical solutions that deliver measurable business value.
We leverage data and analytics to support decision‑making, monitor performance and provide insight to senior stakeholders.
We coordinate priorities across multiple teams and external partners.
