As Chief Executive, you will provide strategic leadership across the organisation, ensuring the successful delivery of our charitable mission while strengthening our commercial sustainability and public profile. Working closely with the governing body and leading a dedicated team, you will champion good governance, develop new income streams, build influential partnerships and act as an ambassador for Trades House across Glasgow’s civic, business and charitable communities.

About YouYou are an accomplished senior leader with the credibility, commercial awareness and strategic vision to lead a complex and respected organisation. An exceptional communicator and relationship builder, you are confident engaging with trustees, civic leaders, partners and stakeholders at every level.
You bring experience of governance, organisational leadership and financial or commercial management, together with the ability to identify new opportunities, secure sustainable income and deliver meaningful change. Above all, you are motivated by public benefit and are passionate about ensuring the Trades House of Glasgow continues to make a positive difference to communities across the city for generations to come.
