End-of-Life Home Care Assistant — Driver with Flexible Hours

Routes Healthcare is seeking a Community Care Assistant to provide person-centred end-of-life and homecare support across Marley Pots and surrounding areas. You will visit clients in their own homes, delivering dignity, personal care, meal support and medication management on flexible shifts.

Applicants should have a UK driving licence and access to a car, with at least 3 months care experience in the UK. Full-time and part-time hours are available, with monthly pay and generous mileage rates.
