Assistant Practitioner, Physical Health – Maternity Cover

Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Assistant Practitioner to cover maternity leave within Manchester EIS. The role focuses on undertaking Physical Health Care assessments and monitoring physical health alongside other service user and carer interventions.

The post holder will work with the physical health Lead to run clinics and home visits, performing comprehensive health assessments including blood tests and ECGs as part of a busy multi-disciplinary team
