The Education Network in Shildon is seeking a resilient Behaviour Support Worker to support pupils with SEMH needs who have been permanently excluded from mainstream education. This is a term-time role, Monday to Friday 9:00am–2:30pm, starting 7th September 2026, based in Shildon, County Durham.
You will mentor and support learners, build positive relationships, and encourage engagement in learning while helping pupils regulate their emotions and make positive choices.
