Graduate Occupational Therapist – Teaching AssistantSEN School | Ferryhill
Protocol Education is recruiting a caring and enthusiastic Graduate Occupational Therapist to support children with additional needs in a specialist SEN school in Ferryhill.
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll help pupils overcome barriers to learning by providing practical, emotional, and educational support throughout the school day.
Responsibilities
- Delivering personalised support in the classroom.
- Supporting communication and sensory regulation.
- Assisting pupils with daily learning activities.
- Helping implement therapy and behaviour strategies.
- Monitoring progress and sharing observations.
- Building positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
