Senior Children’s Support Worker: Lead Therapeutic Care

Keys Group in Spalding is seeking a Senior Children’s Support Worker to join our family home, caring for young people with complex emotional difficulties. You will provide nurturing care, encouragement and stability, while working as part of a dedicated team.

We value resilience, great communication and a patient, child-centred approach. The role includes shifts and sleep-ins, with strong support and training provided by Keys Group.
