Responsibilities
The Residential Care Worker will be responsible for the day‑to‑day care of young people, ensuring their needs are met in line with a structured care plan. You will work across children’s homes, providing child‑centred care 7 days a week, including early mornings, days, evenings and weekends, and be required to sleep‑in as part of the hours completed. You will be an important part of the wider Children’s Services multi‑disciplinary team of professionals, supporting children and young people to reach their full potential.
