Senior Support Worker – Lead Care & Wellbeing (Day Shift)

Beacon House, part of Priory, is recruiting a Senior Support Worker to join our compassionate team on full-time day shifts in Melton Mowbray. You will support residents’ wellbeing, assist with care plans, and supervise colleagues to promote dignity and recovery.

You will work closely with qualified staff, lead team meetings, and help with practical tasks such as attending appointments and daily domestic duties, while encouraging independence and personal growth.
