Behaviour Support Specialist – Primary Schools (Leeds)

Milk Education is looking for a Behaviour Support Worker to join primary schools in Leeds. You will provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH, working closely with teachers and pastoral teams to implement behaviour plans and EHCPs.

You will build trusting relationships to support emotional regulation and engagement. The role requires an Enhanced DBS (Update Service) or willingness to apply, and a commitment to a full-time term-time schedule (Mon–Fri, 8:30–3:30).
