Looking for a steady role where you can feel part of a team? We’ve got just the job!

We’re recruiting for a small, rapidly expanding, family‑run business in Croydon looking for reliable people to join as Production Operatives. You’ll be working in a fast‑paced cold store environment, with temperatures around 3 degrees, using a variety of machines preparing and packing salads (don’t worry – full training and protective gear provided).

This is an ongoing temporary role with the chance to go permanent for the right person.

£14.25 per hour (including holiday pay)

HoursSun – Tue 09.00 – 17.00ORWed – Fri 09.00 – 17.00

What you’ll be doing

• Preparing and packing
• Working to shift times and keeping things running smoothly
• Supporting the team to get orders out on time in a fast‑paced environment

What we’re looking for

• A positive attitude, someone who can use their initiative and willingness to learn
• Previous warehouse roles particularly in food production would be handy, but it’s not essential
• Someone reliable who wants consistent hours
