Entry Sterile Services Technician – Training & Career Growth

STERIS Instrument Processing in Reading is hiring an entry-level Sterile Services Technician to support surgical instrument sterilisation for NHS and private hospitals. You will learn end-to-end decontamination, inspection and packing to ensure instruments are safe for reuse.

The role begins with 12 weeks of training and continues during your shifts, with Monday to Friday patterns on early and late rotations (37.5 hours).
