Job Description:
Amey in the United Kingdom is seeking a Permanent Highways Maintenance Operative to join the Area 12 Strategic Highways account, based at West Cowick Compound. You will support installation of temporary traffic management and undertake highway maintenance to keep the network safe.
The role covers routine and cyclic maintenance, minor civils works, winter service and emergency response, with 45 hours per week (8-hour days, 10-hour nights), Monday to Friday with optional overtime.
