Key Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate of £20 to £24, dependent on experience
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work

Duties
- Conduct high-quality paint spraying in line with vehicle specifications and manufacturer standards
- Prepare vehicles by ensuring surfaces are clean, smooth, and ready for painting applications
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve precise repair results
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Assist with general bodyshop preparations, polishing, and other duties as required
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and ensure compliance with industry regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer or Prepper within the motor trade
- Knowledge of vehicle refinishing processes, materials, and industry best practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
- Valid relevant certifications or qualifications are advantageous but not essential
- Excellent communication skills and a team-focused attitude
