The ROLE
Our Client is recruiting for a Blow‑Moulding machine setter to join their well established team in the Corby facility from where they manufacture blow moulded containers. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assume responsibility for the performance of production equipment
- Job change machines
- Tool change machines
- Maximise run time of allocated production lines
- Effectively set the machines to minimise material wastage
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong team player possessing the following attributes:
- Mechanical background
- A desire to learn the blow moulding process
- Happy to work permanent shift system
- Experience in a factory/production environment
- Confident personable approach to working in a team
SALARY
20,500 rising to 37,000 when fully trained.
