Welder Fabricator

Our client based in Fairford are looking for a Welder Fabricator to join their growing team.

Welder Fabricator Roles and Responsibilities

• Carry out MIG and TIG welding
• Read and interpret from engineering drawings
• Manufacturing and fabricating a wide range of steel and metal products
• Preparing, cutting, assembling and finishing materials using a variety of workshop tools and equipment
• Inspect completed Welds
• Assisting with the installation and fitting of fabricated products

Welder Fabricator Ideal Candidate

• TIG and MIG welding
• Coded in either MIG or TIG (desirable)
• Proven experience in welding and fabrication across a variety of projects
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also contributing effectively as part of a team
• Relevant welding or fabrication qualifications are beneficial
• Willingness to work on customer sites and undertake evening or weekend overtime when necessary

Welder Fabricator Working Hours and Benefits

• Monday – Thursday, 07:30 – 16:30
• Friday, 07:30 – 12:30
• 39 hours per week, including a 30-minute lunch break
• 30.5 – 31 days paid holiday (including bank holidays)
