3 month Rolling Contract. Based in Peterborough. Monday – Friday 10 Hour Shifts. £20ph Umbrella.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate panels and fit electrical components according to detailed engineering drawings
• Drilling, Tapping, Trunking, Conduit of panel etc
• Installing electrical components such as circuit breakers, fuses, PLC’s, Power supplies, motors, drives etc
• Wiring panels – crimping soldiering, terminating, stripping wires
• Basic testing of control panels

Qualifications

• Proven experience in panel wirer within an industrial environment
• Understanding schematics and layout drawings
• Expertise in panel modification, building and machine wiring
• Electrical qualification
• Ability to fault find and repair a variety of control panels
• Hardworking, reliable and enthusiastic
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members
