Repairs Surveyor: Damp & Mould Specialist

Lambeth Council, located in London, is seeking a Repairs Surveyor to diagnose, specify and manage repairs across Lambeth’s homes. You will carry out pre and post inspections, identify defects, and ensure high-quality workmanship. A strong focus on damp and mould, in line with Awaab’s Law, is essential.

You will work with contractors, residents and colleagues to deliver safe, well-maintained housing and a responsive service in support of our One Lambeth priorities and equity values.
