Overview
An engineering company based in Burnham-On-Crouch is looking for TIG welders to join their expanding team. The company works across medical and rail industries and seeks individuals with experience in TIG welding.
Compensation & Hours
Salary: £34,000 – £36,000 per annum. Overtime paid at 1.25× and 1.5×. Working hours: 7 am to 3:30 pm Monday‑Friday (40‑hour week, flexible). Permanent role.
Responsibilities
- TIG welding of 1 mm to 3 mm
- Welding stainless‑steel metal
- Cutting metal to size
