Job Role Description –
A mix of workshop fabrication and site installation – the role involves measuring, marking out, drilling, cutting, and assembling steel components, as well as installing them on site.
Steelwork Fabrication
Work on projects ranging from small beams to large platforms, conveyors, chutes, portal buildings, and more. Responsibilities include measuring, marking out, drilling, cutting, and assembling steel components.
Site Work
Balance between workshop fabrication and on‑site installation, providing experience in both manufacturing and site work. Accommodation and allowances are supplied for those working away.
Being Part of an Experienced Team
The team delivers projects quickly and efficiently, supporting a hardworking and collaborative environment.
Minimum Requirements to Join Our Team
- Highly experienced individuals with at least 8–10 years of relevant experience.
- Flexibility to work away at times, weekends, and overtime when required.
- CSCS, IPAF, telehandler cards and ideally NVQ in fabrication welding; willingness to train for the right candidate.
- Strong work ethic, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
