Trainee Machine Operator — 4-on/4-off, Path to Permanent

Gi Group is recruiting a Trainee Machine Operator in Newcastle-under-Lyme to assist day-to-day production and ensure quality standards. You will monitor machines, perform quality checks, input data, and follow work instructions to keep processes running smoothly.

The position offers long-term stability with training and a potential route to permanent contract, based on performance. Shifts are 12 hours (6am-6pm), 4 on/4 off, with ongoing on-site work.
