Location: Rochester, Kent

Salary: £24,864

Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm / 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Job Role: A fantastic opportunity has opened for an experienced Machine Operator to join a stable and well‑established food manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity for a production professional looking to develop their career within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, operating production machinery and ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently achieved.

Non‑Negotiable Requirements

• Previous Machine Operator or Production Operator experience within a manufacturing environment.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience working within the UK food manufacturing sector.
• Experience resolving machine stoppages and minimising downtime.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement practices within manufacturing.
