Food Manufacturing Machine Operator – Double Day Shifts

Pioneer Selection is seeking a Machine Operator for a double days shift at a well‑established food manufacturer in Rochester, Kent. You will operate production machinery, monitor outputs, and ensure targets, quality standards and safety requirements are consistently met.

Non‑negotiable requirements include prior Machine Operator or Production Operator experience in manufacturing. Desirable experience in UK food manufacturing, knowledge of downtime reduction and continuous improvement.
