Production Manufacturing – 2nd Shift

Job Overview

Full‑time manufacturing position located in Milton, WI.

• Second shift: 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm, Monday–Friday
• Starting pay $25 per hour plus increases
• Training provided

Key Responsibilities

• Read production schedules, customer orders, work orders
• Break down and weigh materials
• Blend raw materials
• Operate machines
• Operate forklift and other equipment as necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read, write, and understand simple instructions
• Mechanical aptitude
• Good communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and move up to 100 pounds
